It doesn’t get more Main Street than this building. Right on the corner of West Main and South Street, this building has a mix of commercial space (2 commercial spaces) and residential units (studio to large 3 bedroom units). The local Dryden Café maintains one of the commercial spaces. A meeting spot for many locals and Main Street professionals. Tenants find it appealing to have a community run business offering breakfast and lunch daily located directly beneath them. Each apartment, big or small, is unique and has its own charm. There is a public parking lot located a block from the building and you can easily walk to any of the Main Street amenities.

Our pet policy varies depending on the rental. We usually allow one cat with an additional deposit and signed pet agreement. We do not allow dogs however.
Sorry, but we do not accept any third party subsidies. We are unable to fill out any landlord statements and we cannot accept security deposit letters.
We handle all snow removal and lawn care at no additional cost.
Any emergency, other than 911, can be facilitated through our on-call maintenance personnel. Our maintenance staff is on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, to respond to any maintenance related emergency. In the case of an emergency you must call the office at (607) 844-5130 and our answering machine will provide you with the current maintenance emergency number to call. Note that the emergency number changes daily so you will have to call the office anytime you have an emergency to obtain the correct number to contact.
We require references, a security deposit,first month’s rent, and if applicable, an additional pet deposit.
