George Street is a nice pass-through street in the Village of Dryden, it is in the center of the Village and is extremely convenient to the Post Office, Main Street conveniences which include shopping and dining options. Each unit has a ground level entrance, with no other apartment above or beneath the other. Each unit is a studio-sized apartment, with an open living, sleeping and kitchen area and a separate bathroom. Residents are responsible for the apartment utilities, which are all electric, as well as the cable, internet and trash tags for trash removal. There is no laundry at this location, but there is off-street parking for each unit, directly in front of the building.

Our pet policy varies depending on the rental. We usually allow one cat with an additional deposit and signed pet agreement. We do not allow dogs however.
We handle all snow removal and lawn care at no additional cost, unless stated otherwise.
Any emergency, other than 911, can be facilitated through our on-call maintenance personnel. Our maintenance staff is on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, to respond to any maintenance related emergency. In the case of an emergency you must call the office at (607) 844-5130 and our answering machine will provide you with the current maintenance emergency number to call. Note that the emergency number changes daily so you will have to call the office anytime you have an emergency to obtain the correct number to contact.
We require references, a security deposit,first month’s rent, and if applicable, an additional pet deposit.
