Frequently Asked Questions

Our pet policy varies depending on the rental. We usually allow one cat with an additional deposit and signed pet agreement. We do not allow dogs however.

Sorry, but we do not accept any third party subsidies. We are unable to fill out any landlord statements and we cannot accept security deposit letters.

We handle all snow removal and lawn care at no additional cost.

Any emergency, other than 911, can be facilitated through our on-call maintenance personnel. Our maintenance staff is on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, to respond to any maintenance related emergency. In the case of an emergency you must call the office at (607) 844-5130 and our answering machine will provide you with the current maintenance emergency number to call. Note that the emergency number changes daily so you will have to call the office anytime you have an emergency to obtain the correct number to contact.

We require references, a security deposit,first month’s rent, and if applicable, an additional pet deposit.
