There is so much charm in each unit, but the tongue and groove ceiling and beams in the rear unit really make it feel cozy. Each unit has its own parking area and separate entrance. The front unit offers a ramp to the front door, for ease and accessibility. Rent includes the heat and hot water, residents are responsible for the electric, cable and internet and trash tags for weekly trash pickup. There is no laundry option in either unit but the laundromat is a stone’s throw from this location. Residents are also responsible for snow removal of their entrance and parking area. This location is pet free!

Our pet policy varies depending on the rental. We usually allow one cat with an additional deposit and signed pet agreement. We do not allow dogs however.
We handle all snow removal and lawn care at no additional cost, unless stated otherwise.
Any emergency, other than 911, can be facilitated through our on-call maintenance personnel. Our maintenance staff is on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, to respond to any maintenance related emergency. In the case of an emergency you must call the office at (607) 844-5130 and our answering machine will provide you with the current maintenance emergency number to call. Note that the emergency number changes daily so you will have to call the office anytime you have an emergency to obtain the correct number to contact.
We require references, a security deposit,first month’s rent, and if applicable, an additional pet deposit.
