As you’re leaving the Village of Freeville, there’s a long gray/blue building of apartments. These are all one bedroom plus den size apartments. Each is a mirror image of the others (give or take some finishing’s). These are very appealing as they are an open floor plan, each have their own private entrance and they are conveniently located between Ithaca and Dryden. Plenty of off-street parking and there’s a really pleasant creek that runs through the back of the property. There is no laundry on site, but neighboring laundromats are in Dryden or Varna.

Our pet policy varies depending on the rental. We usually allow one cat with an additional deposit and signed pet agreement. We do not allow dogs however.
We handle all snow removal and lawn care at no additional cost, unless stated otherwise.
Any emergency, other than 911, can be facilitated through our on-call maintenance personnel. Our maintenance staff is on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, to respond to any maintenance related emergency. In the case of an emergency you must call the office at (607) 844-5130 and our answering machine will provide you with the current maintenance emergency number to call. Note that the emergency number changes daily so you will have to call the office anytime you have an emergency to obtain the correct number to contact.
We require references, a security deposit,first month’s rent, and if applicable, an additional pet deposit.
