It’s so serene looking into the backyard, surrounded by trees and privacy from nearby neighbors. The Dryden Lake Park is a stone’s throw from the building and the Jim Schug Walking Trail can be accessed by ease on foot. Each unit has use of a storage cage and coin operated washers and dryers.

Our pet policy varies depending on the rental. We usually allow one cat with an additional deposit and signed pet agreement. We do not allow dogs however.
We handle all snow removal and lawn care at no additional cost, unless stated otherwise.
Any emergency, other than 911, can be facilitated through our on-call maintenance personnel. Our maintenance staff is on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, to respond to any maintenance related emergency. In the case of an emergency you must call the office at (607) 844-5130 and our answering machine will provide you with the current maintenance emergency number to call. Note that the emergency number changes daily so you will have to call the office anytime you have an emergency to obtain the correct number to contact.
We require references, a security deposit,first month’s rent, and if applicable, an additional pet deposit.
