These two buildings sit side-by-side on a beautifully developed road in Dryden. Just 2 minutes to Dryden Lake, Dryden Lake Park, and the Jim Schug Walking Trail. Every apartment has lovely French doors in the living room that lead to either a balcony or a patio, which faces the tree-lined back yard. There is coin operated washer and dryer in each building. Utilities for all the apartments are electric and very reasonable! Trash and recycling removal is included, and there is off-street parking for each apartment.

Our pet policy varies depending on the rental. We usually allow one cat with an additional deposit and signed pet agreement. We do not allow dogs however.
We handle all snow removal and lawn care at no additional cost, unless stated otherwise.
Any emergency, other than 911, can be facilitated through our on-call maintenance personnel. Our maintenance staff is on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, to respond to any maintenance related emergency. In the case of an emergency you must call the office at (607) 844-5130 and our answering machine will provide you with the current maintenance emergency number to call. Note that the emergency number changes daily so you will have to call the office anytime you have an emergency to obtain the correct number to contact.
We require references, a security deposit,first month’s rent, and if applicable, an additional pet deposit.
